NAPLES, Fla. – Mar. 15, 2016 – The 2016 Face Awards winners will be recognized at the upcoming gala on March 18, 2016 with an all-star lineup of local and international participants in the program.
The event, emceed by Patrick Nolan, anchor at Fox 4 News and Mayela Rosales, anchor at D’Latinos News at Univision SWFL, will feature a variety of unique performances throughout the night. Youth performers from around the country will open the show with a musical performance before keynote speaker Melaine Williams CEO of Peach Communication from Atlanta, Georgia shares her story of diversity with the audience. A special recognition to this year’s award winners will conclude with a $3,000 scholarship presentation to Florida Gulf Coast University student Lauren Perez. Miss Tourism International, Faddy Halabi, will be participating in the event and will attend the cocktail reception.
The Face Awards recognize businesses and outstanding individuals who reflect and celebrate positive values and the ethnic and racial diversity within the Southwest Florida community. In its sixth year, the event has become a unique staple in the community as it continues to grow.
